My experience with Amazon has been phenomenal! Every item purchased came on time or before in excellent condition.
The scooter was purchsed as a gift for my grandson's birthday, when I saw it, it was 4 days before his party. The delivery time was 2 weeks out the party was in 4 days. I sent an email to Amazon who then forwarded to the seller, I was contacted by email statement:would try his best to get it to me. The scooter was there for his birthday no extra cost, that made his party all the kids loved it.
He enjoys riding his scooter at every visit - never had a problem with anything.
The best thing since sliced bread no hussle and bussle of the crowds can shop at anytime and it be delivered right to my door how convenient is this.

The seller delivered promptly. However, the scooter itself was a little difficult to put together, due to inadequate instructions and some manufacturing quality issues. On the whole, it will work very well for a preschooler.

Great Gift
I bought this scooter for my 4 yr. old daughter and she just absolutely loves it! It was a great Christmas present and it was just so simple to put together and its very sturdy and durable. The wheels worked perfectly and its the perfect height for her. The other neat thing i liked about it was that the pack that it comes with is attached to the scooter itself, so no taking it off and losing it at the park or inside the house or any other possible places a 4 yr. old can loose it! If your child likes Diego, i strongly recommend this product. Oh btw, it arrived pretty quickly and the box the scooter came in was enclosed in an even bigger box to ensure no damage.
Good scooter
My 3 year old son fell in love with a scooter at a friends house and we decided to order this for his birthday and he loves it. We have not had any problems with anything breaking on the scooter or any real issues. I would have given it 5 stars, but for the first two weeks we had the scooter the back wheels kept falling off as the screws would . We eventually switched the rod in the back so it went from the left to right (we had it the other way around) and then the screws held with no issues.
********Update*** We have now owned this scooter for about two years and it has held up surprisingly well! The only real issues is fading stickers on the foot board, and my son really doesn't care about that. We have had four boys playing with it off and on for the last two years, and none of them are gentle with it, and it is still a favorite toy.
